I pay £620 a month for my IVA, and have never defaulted since my IVA started almost 3 years ago. Due to a shortfall in finances this month I will be struggling to pay the full £620. Do you think my IVA (Blair) will allow me to pay them just £320 this month, as a one off?

Hi
Yes I do
Speak with them and explain the problem, any missed payment should be tagged onto the end of your IVA

Make sure you tell them what it is that has caused you to be short this month - they may be able to help - especially if this is likely to happen again ! Cost of living is rising as we all know and it is important our I&E reflects actual costs rather than costs agreed 12 months ago !
