Both my husband and I entered in an IVA August 2020. We kept our VW van. If we were to convert to a camper van we could get more money if we sold it. The question is, could we use this money to do a early settlement in an IVA if accepted?
As long as the van wasn't listed as an asset, it should be OK, but wise to check with your IP before doing anything -- and get the response in writing.
