Well here I am 12 months later just sent in all my documents .To my relief ebenegate have today contacted me saying they are upping my payment from 353 a month to 388 which is 35.00 a month more I have managed to struggle and save during this pandemic .I have to say they were surprisingly efficient in dealing with my case I was so nervous .Ah well thats another 12 months to try and save and survive ! 4 more years to go to be honest its gone so quick I feel everything is under control now such a relief this iva I was so afraid of 12 months ago has been a lifeline .Hoping the next years pass so quick .If id not done my iva and struggled id have hardly paid anything off due to the interest so in my eyes iv saved thousands in the frozen interest .Hoping the next years run smoothly so rewarding not living off any credit for 12 months its honestly the best desicion iv ever made I feel so back in the driving seat again thank god that iva was introduced I dont know what I would have done without it .It has been a lifeline.Stay safe everyone .

Don't just accept the increase. Ask them to provide you written evidence of how they have come to that decision especially if your income and expenditure remains unchanged.
Everyone is seeing price rises right now in so many things so I wouldn't just let this go. Council tax charges will be announced shortly and most will see this rise by about 4% probably. Utility bills etc will rise ...
Ensure your expenses are listed correctly
