IVA was due to end Nov 1st but received letter end of September that I have equity available. Wouldn't tell me how much unless able to get a remortgage. Unable to remortgage & have to pay a further 12 payments. I currently pay £152 mthly and was wondering if I am able to pay this up now or would I have to pay more than the amount of £152 x12? My mum is offering to help me out and to be honest I just want the IVA to end. I will have made 5 years of IVA payments on Nov 1st with no breaks and it's been a struggle.

If you are happy that you have more than £5k equity in the property then, yes, you could pay it in a lump sum as a full and final offer --- creditors could still refuse, though I see no reason why they should (but, like the weather, they are changeable and unpredictable! ).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
