You will have to notify your IP and discuss everything. HMRC may agree to collect the underpayment from your tax code in the PAYE job but this would obviously affect your surplus income. There is also the issue of income not notified to the IVA which your IP will have to address. Hopefully the amounts are not significant and you can get the IVA back on track.
