I have 1 month to go to complete my IVA. After 6 years I will finally be rid! It has given us a life back and we will be completely debt free! My question is if I now sell my house will I have to give any of my equity back or is that it am I completely free. Can we also claim any PPI?

You are not free until such time as you have your completion certificate -- so do not sell until then. Also confirm with your IP that they have lifted the RX1 restriction on the property.

PPI, I am afraid, will always belong to your creditors, so any you claim will have to be paid to your IP.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
