Hi everyone

I finished my Iva nearly 5 years ago.

Recently moved house and received in the post via RM redirection, a letter from Equity in Finance asking me to sign a form relating to new Supreme Court ruling about how the PPI was sold might be eligible now despite being previously rejected.

I dutifully signed and returned the form and told them my new address but I’m pretty annoyed to be honest!!

After 5 years I thought I was finished with all this rubbish! Does this mean I have to let my old IP know I’ve moved?

If I hadn’t had RM redirection I never would have gotten the letter anyway - I digress slightly but this must happen in other situations- where people move and don’t receive the letters, where does that leave Equity in Finance?do they just give up eventually?
Iva completed, CC received June 2014!

Under the recent court ruling PPI still belongs to creditors after completion. This is because the PPI existed during the IVA. It does not relate to things that have happened since. Claims for PPI are soon to be stopped and so the companies are trying to get in while they can !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
