Hi all

My STBX is trying to get a mortgage to buy me out of the house. I'm the one with the IVA, started it long after we separated. She was taken off our joint account in 2012 but she's still showing up when the building society do a search as a default. She's been into Lloyds but they say they can't help as she's not a customer.

Any idea what the best procedure is, please?

Cheers
A

Write to the credit reference agency ( check all of them) and dissassociate yourself from her.

I think it will be.

It is your record, not hers . You are probably on hers as well, so maybe she should do the same.
