I had a really odd reply from experian today. I had asked them to note that my IVA was completed in regards to defaults . It said she can find no record of me searching my credit report and as I do not subscribe I dont have access to view it? Then gives me instructions on how to pay? It also says I can order a statutory report .. nothing about what I asked them to do????
I sctually have ordered a statutory report and have it ! I am really confused

She is waffling or blowing smoke. Write again, referencing the stat report that you have and asking that it be altered to reflect the true position. That said you might need do nothing --- I didn't lift a finger apart from checking a few default dates and everythig happened pretty much automatically, without my involvement ---as per my forum article on credit files you shouldn't need to get involved.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thanks again Foggy I think I’m going to stop obsessing over it and wait it out . I am glad you agree she is talking twaddle!
