I was unemployed at the time of starting my f&f. I have since got a temp job which ends in March. I’ve been told I need a new review as I’m now earning and this needs updating on my file but I can’t get a meeting with my case office till March by which time i’ll be unemployed again so it will be pointless reviewing!
I’m so ticked off with it all. Payplan are being obstructive taking so long to process.
Anyone readying this - do not use Payplan as your IP!
