Personally I would just reply to the email --- they may come back and ask for more either way. If you wish to make a plea to the creditors then attach this as a letter which will be forwarded to them with the offer details.

May be a silly question but. What happens at the creditors meeting if NO one votes ? What happens to my F+F offer then ?

You would continue with monthly payments. Your IP should try to work with your creditors to ensure that did not happen though.

Updated on my offer
It was accepted on Monday 25th So so happy now iv reached the end.
