My husband and I are separated and as a result we have sold the house. There isn’t enough left over from the house sale to make a F&F offer as we have to pay the secured loan and help to buy scheme first.

As a result we will be splitting the IVA’s. Once this is split my parents will be making a F&F for my IVA. Will this be allowed, and how soon after a F&F getting declined can you make another offer?

If there is anything left from the sale of the house, that belongs to the IVA. After that is sorted, yes, you can seperate the IVAs and each can do what they wish with their own arrangement. So, you can make a F&F, which hopefully won't get declined. If it is refused you can always come back with an increased amount as part of the same offer, right away, if there is any scope to increase the offer.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thanks Foggy,

There won’t be anything left over for the IVA as we will be £500 short for paying back the other things (loan etc) which my parents will pay for.

Thank you for your help as always
