Must admit that I quite like our local market as well although I was disgusted last week to find out the jeggings I liked were £15! I get them much cheaper elsewhere!

I never go to the market I must admit, but do like the cheaper shops now and I cringe when I think how much I used to spend....no let me re-phrase that waste on clothes pre-IVA x

You and me both!

Never a weekend went by when I didn't end up spending a fortune on clothes. I've even put some on Ebay this afternoon which still have the labels on them.

The ones I buy now are worn until they fall apart!

Im back after a good catch up ;0)
We have Next, Debenhams, New look, Dorothy Perkins, M&S, Matalan, Miss selfridge, Top Shop n a TK Max! N the only ones I like are Next n Debenhams! The only supermarket we have that sells clothes is Sainsburys, so not much choice here!

Im with leakybrain - Im always last n usually the cheapest, n Im slightly undecided on whether Im gona take it back n buy a cheaper one - or not at all which is often the case with me!
Would not of thought to much about it pre IVA - but Im very consious now of prices! Probably abit to OTT for my own good!
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

Keep it! It will work out cheaper in the long run. You probably won't need another coat for a while now.

I love M&S as well but don't shop there often because of the prices. I like Sainsburys as well - got some nice warm jammies from there a couple of weeks ago.

Its freezing here Jan! I even had to put heating on last night, looks like the weather is fast tracking its self to winter!

I will keep it - just gotta see if hubby likes it (he is in a self induced coma at the moment from been at his brothers) Grrrr! But he doesnt see him often or go out so....
The only other coat Ive got is in rags now n abit to small, n my other is a dressy/posh one!
I like M&S too - just find them a bit pricy, n love Sainsburys - they just dont have a big range in our store. Tescos have just out bidded Asda for a new superstore here, Majority of the town wanted Asda as we already have a Tescos - but it was the council whom decided, not the locals as normal!
I dont even know what a peacocks or Store 21 is! n never been in a Primark yet!

Glad you're seeing sense Lyns![:D]

I'm sure hubby will love it.

Peacocks is great and I like Primark but don't like the rugby scrum that is the one in Birmingham.

I relate store twenty one and Primark as they'r very similar with store twenty one being more civilised. I had never heard of them until they came to my town a few weeks back.

We've got a small Marks which basically caters for the local grannies, so if I want something in particular I usually order it online.

I don't go in Primark as every one I've been in is as Jan describes, and TK Maxx is just as bad! I don't use the local market either as it's chav city - as you can tell I'm limited where to buy clothes here!

Yeap! Its a keeper - hubbys approval has stopped me from taking it back!
I had to get a size bigger (which annoyed me!) as dont you think places like warehouse are small in sizes?!

Fantastic Helen - You have to grab bargains like that dont you! I got my dressy/posh coat from debenhams last year in the 70% sale - worn it twice! But Still like it, sitting in my wardrobe, waiting to be worn again. But wont part with it!

I cant stand TkMax! I look in there for toys for the boys as we only have argos now.
