Don't worry about me Jan, I'm the fussy one and will make do with whatever, there is no need to do anything special, I honestly never expect anyone to. I know I won't go hungry xx

There will be sandwiches, sausage rolls, sausages, little cakes, salad, curry and rice, chicken drumsticks (bbq, chinese and ordinary), pork done on the bbq. Think that's about it!

Jan I forgot to mention last night as I was caught up with Granddaughter etc., I got weighed and lost 5lb last week! still 1.5lb off the stone I promised but I'll do that bit next week! x
