4th December at the moment is ok with me although it will depend where the final choice of venue is and the cost of accomodation / fuel - I have wanted to come to previous events but unable to do so - finding spare fuel money is tight at the moment as having to work so many more miles away from home it is stretching us and our contigency each month !
When final decision made on venue I will be able to say yeah or nay!

Depending on where it is we'll be there - we won't be able to stay over so I'll be driving back afterwards.

The other reason for us not being there is if Staines Town have a good FA Cup run again as the matches are usually around the first week of December!

Not sure I'll be able to afford to stay over but we'll see a bit nearer the time. Will definitely be at the 'do' though x

No routines or rules really, last years went along the lines of we booked a hotel room at a reduced price which included breakfast, the evening was a nice evening with a disco and a buffet, we all bought a secret santa gift for £1.00 and these were distributed throughout the evening, very casual affair and I think it's going to be held in Midlands.

I'm still searching. Those that are cheap don't have the facilities, those that do are more expensive! I'm off tomorrow so will be spending time doing some research.

[:D] Lesley...at least if I'm sent there, I'll find it [:D]

My sense of direction is awful and even with satnav I get lost, as I challenge the directions it gives me?? [:0]

I can find my way to Leeds yet I got lost in Swansea yesterday!!

I tend to recognise places by football stadiums and think Coventry is after Birmingham but before Leicester??
