I am 3 years into my 5 year iva now and pay 80 per month into it . I had to sign the house over to my ex wife which the iva new about as they got all the imformation regarding it .which means after the five years there wont be any equity for me to use so it would mean an extra year of payments . My dad said he would be willing to make and full and final payment what would be an accectable figure to offer i had read that the offer should be 80 times the outstanding months36 which i make to be 2800 am i right and would this be accepted many thanks in advance

£2800 is what the creditors are expecting to see, so should be happy with that as an offer.

Was the house excluded entirely and the extra 12 months added on as a result at the start ?

On £80 a month, which is as low as you can reasonably go while keeping the IVA viable, there is no room to reduce the lump sum further.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi foggy , many thanks for the reply when the iva was set up my ex wife was notified by the land registry of what was happening and she proceeded to go through court and contact the iva to try and scupper what has been set up . It was ageeed by the court and her barrister and all sent to the iva to say when the iva is due to ask me to remortgage and what equity i have in the house be paid towards the debt . That i wouldnt be able to do that so an extra year will be paid instead hope that makes sense . Many thanks
