Just had my final phone conversation with Mel at Jones/Giles, proposal is now on its way.

Have to say, was a little nervous, I need not have worried at all. Melanie was very professional and friendly and explained everything in great detail to both myself and my partner. Having spoken to a few IP's I know I have made the right decision to ask her to represent me on the road to debt recovery. One happy lady here, will have my creditors meeting date middle of June will keep you updated.
IVA APPROVED

You've made a good choice with Mel, she is my IP and a very lovely lady too, always approachable, I was that nervous when I first spoke to her, I cried most way through the conversation. Since then I'm not so bad! x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
