Can someone explain how the final review looks like please. Do I have to provide all paperwork from last 6 years or only the last year will be reviewed.
It should be treated as any other review. It is just to make sure that all payment are up to date and that you don't owe anything from such things as overtime or bonuses. Nothing to worry about.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

It should be - depends on your IP as all companies work differently.

The final review from your standpoint is basically the same as those before, but concentrating more on income over the last 12 months, rather than expenditure going forward. However, at some stage during the completion process, all previous reviews will be revisited to make sure all was done correctly. This usually requires no input from you and should be a purely admin job to dot 'i's and cross 't's.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
