Morning people received an email from Creditfix saying our meeting is April 27th @ 10:05 fingers crossed....

The estimated return to creditors if the offer is accepted is 48.96p in the £ which is lower than 54.12p in the £

Not sure if thats a good offer or a good chance they may decline!

Nearly 49 pence in the pound is a very healthy dividend, and they will be saving a chunk in time, resources and admin costs, which will mitigate any perceived loss against the original dividend estimate.

Fingers crossed for the 27th !

Everything crossed for you ...that's a good offer so would be surprised in current climate if it was not agreed
