Posted a few days ago about my IP not getting back to my calls or emails, I finally emailed and advised if no reply by Monday I will have to look at making a complaint as I need answers and no one is replying to my emails or returning my calls....
'Thank you for your email.
You emails have been transferred to the relevant department as I will no longer be your case officer moving forward.
They can have a backlog of emails so if you have any urgent queries, please give them a call on the same number and they can assist you.'
This was my reply, I have since asked who it is I need to speak to what is there names or emails etc and guess what they have gone back silent. I thought this was the person who would be dealing with my case I was happy with them, Feel like i have just been fobbed off now.
I have no idea if they have received my payment and I haven had any answers to my serious questions as I have had a letter about baliffs being sent out etc.
This is getting more stressful by the day, I thought getting an IVa was going to help reduce the stress.
What am I best doing can i Change companies now or is it too late?
You cannot cghange IVA providers once the IVA has started. The person who has left was your case handler --- however the person ultimately responsible is your IP (supervisor). Get their name from your paperwork, or the insolvemcy register and write direct to them by recorded delivery, keeping copies and proof of postage.
