I had trust deed with credit fix I paid £146.for 36months without missing a payment when that was finished I applied for a letter of discharge after numerous phone calls I eventually spoke to someone who said I would have to send in a recent mortgage statement which I did.3weeks later they sent me a letter to say that I would have to pay £146.for another 24 months as I had enquiry in my house and my creditors wanted more money.previously when I phoned about the discharge they said that they were waiting for my creditors to get back to them.
I take it you live in Scotland? I know that a trust deed usually does run for three years but not sure whether or not they take equity into account.
