They may well be trying to get more votes. I would ignore calls from creditors.

Can’t rest until I know whether it’s a yes or no. I suffer from anxiety too so it’s making it worse. I know 2 of my creditors with the smallest amount of debt has been harassing me non stop. Barclays did terminate my online banking. So hoping they agree and hsbc knows my situation as I have always made them aware as I haven’t made payment to them for nearly 6 months.
The worst day of my life.

And regarding creditors calling you, just refuse to answer any security questions. They will whine, plead and try to bluff you that it is to your benefit. Just stick to your guns and tell them to write.

I just got the call. They have approved my Iva with modifications. Creditors wanted an extra 12 months added to the IVA because the payment is only 94.00. Which I agreed to. Some of them didn’t vote.
Thankyou all for helping me and helping me throughout the day.

Great news ! In the grand scheme of things and extra 12 months, though annoying, is nothing really and you will be surprised, going forward, how quickly time passes (not always a good thing, but in this case welcome).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
