Hi everyone
Little confused is the yearly annual review from when your Iva got accepted or when the first payment was made?
I’m with Creditfix so do they ask for a lot? Wage slips bank statements etc? First one so tad worried how it works

The review is centred on the date the IVA was accepted, but is often done a little either side --- at least by 2 months after the anniversary date. CF often deal with everything online with access to your bank account, which I, personally, would not agree with. In any event, for most things in an IVA, CF have their own way of doing things, so it is best that they tell you what they will need -- they are a little ....unpredictable.

Thank you, least I have a rough idea now when it will be and will be in a few months then. Surely access to bank accounts isn’t allowed I don’t recall them saying this unless they did and forgotten I’ll double check the paperwork. Happy to send whatever they need to make it a smooth and happy review for everyone.

There is a relatively new protocol whereby you can allow third party access to view your bank accounts, which CF have been asking clients to agree to ---- whenever it is brought up on here it does not get much support and some clients have, rightly in my mind, refused.

Usually an IP will need proof of income over the last 12 months, which thay can glean from payslips (which usually have a running total), P60 (pretty definitive) or bank statements (less so). They also require evidence of any significant change in outgoings, which they can also glean, at least in part, from bank statements.

One redeeming factor seems to be that CF reviews are generally painless.

That’s okay I just got emailed my P60 and have all wage slips in a folder bank statements are online as they do paperless now. I was more comfortable when at the start of progress when everything was emailed through with screenshots. But if they work differently now I will do so. Hopefully see how it plans out when the time comes. Thank you for the information
