good question
my fixed rate comes to an end in december 2011
we have had a 5 year rate and my iva accomodates this.
we have never missed a payment since we have had a mortgage
the svr is 2% above bank of england rate and we are paying 5.49% at the minute.
what are the chances of re fixing it at that and what would be the reaction of our ip if we did?
