Hi
I have £3900 left to pay on my IVA over 34 months.
For an early settlement, what should I offer?
I have been offered some money to pay it off.
Thank you

Offer £3k, they can only say no! If you have to go to the full amount owed then you haven't lost out, but be a bit cheeky and go lower if the first offer

They will be saving almst three years admin costs, so I agree a first shot of £3k sounds good.

Make sure it is a full and final and not a settlement as you will have to pay the whole amount owed to your creditors.

Also make sure your company knows that if the amount is not acceptable it will be withdrawn.
