Some of people at netto head office seem to think that they will keep it as netto. Asda have bought a few of our local co op stores as well and they are changing co op stores to asda.

There's not many of them around. We have Sainsburys (love it but too expensive!), Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Lidl and Aldi.

We buy most stuff from Asda.

My daughter speaks German but I don't, I'll ask her tomorrow but think 3.15am might be a tad too early to wake her ! lol x

Wert according to the dictionary appears to be value in German? Don't quote me though as I said she's the A-level student in German not me! x

I don't think we've got a Netto round here, I don't remember seeing one.

The nearest supermarket to me is Sainsburys, but it's a stupid small one so I end up going to Tesco, which I can do on the way home from work. Everything else is about half hour away and I can't be bothered with that each week.

Since being in our IVA I have found shopping online for my weekly groceries is better for sticking to our budget! I wish I had done this sooner (might not have run up so much debt!!)

I swap between Asda, Tesco and sainsburys - depends who is offering free delivery!!

My Tesco is half a mile away from where I live so I'd feel a bit of a fraud having stuff delivered from there!

I do enjoy having a look round, especially at the clothes!

I prefer to do it myself, even at Christmas.

When I tried having my shopping delivered I found I had to return so much of it as it was poor quality or close to it's use by date.

I don't have a problem with the sell by date as long as the food is ok. Hubby has recently eaten a tin of sardines that were four years out of date and they were fine.

If you are isolated or have problems with transport then it's great. Personally, I can't justify the expense of delivery.

It depends what it is as to whether I'll eat food past it's sell by date, but I wouldn't pay full price for something close to the use by date.

I do agree there Skippy. I actively look for the reduced stuff in all of the supermarkets. As far as I'm concerned, if it looks, smells and tastes ok, then it probably is.

Wouldn't pay full price though.
