I am looking to make an offer to settle my iva. Offering 4500 and have 9600 left to pay. The money is coming from in laws as I have just had another baby (not planned) and will not be returning to work after maternity as I will not be able to afford the nursery fees.

Can you tell me what if any documentation I will need to supply or if I will only need to provide proof of the 4500 and a letter from my in laws?

Many thanks

Usually the offer letter from you will start the ball rolling. They will most likely require a letter from the donor, confirming the availability of the money as well as proof of the source, usually a bank statement. They will tell you if anything else is required.
