Full and final offer - my home will not have enough equity in it. If I wanted to pay it off early (hopefully my parents will be able to pay this for me), would I still have to pay the extra years worth of fees? I have 2 years left on my IVA.

Your home would not have enough equity for what ?

If you make a full and final offer, which is accepted, the IVA ends and will not be extended to cover equity release. Ifd you do not have more than £5k equity anyway the extension will not be applied and the IVA will end as originally scheduled.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
