Full and final with ebenegate has taken 10 months so far

So, after my full and final offer was accepted back in November 2020 I am yet to recieve a completion certificate, The completion team do not respond to any emails so I've been phoning every month to chase them up. I always get the same reason "we're doing everything manually so it takes longer" "it will take another month". It all sounds like bullpoo to me. I've tried complaining but the emails to the complaints team bounce straight back, I'd like to escalate my case to a higher authority, can anyone offer any advice?

You need to lodge a complaint against your IP with his regulatory body, via the Government Gateway here: https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner

Ebenegate are merely a processing centre. You could try an email direct to your IP first, mentioning that you are considering this action -- it might focus his attention !

Just an update and to say thankyou, I eventually got round to emailing my IP last week mentioning my intention to complain via the method you suggested. I received a prompt response and less then a week after sending my initial email I had my completion certificate in hand. (Only took them a year) anyway, thankyou so much for your help. This forum has been like a bible of information and support for the 5 years I've been in my IVA, so thankyou again.
