Can i ask when your on a iva and you have a creditor who has sold it on to a other company and they have ask you to set up a payment plan and your iva manger gaves the go ahead is this ok
If a debt already included in the IVA is sold on the new debt owner is bound by the IVA, exactly the same as the original owner was. They cannot ask you to set up a payment plan and your supervisor should not agree to this either!
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I agree with Foggy - you need to challenge your IVA Manager and ask them why they are advising you to make preferential payments to creditors included in your IVA.
