Hi I have my first annual review of my IVA, and am worried about betting being on my bank statements, averaging about £100 a month, will this effect me in anyway and could my IVA be cancelled?
It is possible that they might not notice. But, in any case, you should take steps to curb the gambling before it becomes an insurmountable problem --- losing that amount regularly must already be stretching the budget to breaking point.
