I'm currently on an iva.
I have kept up with all monthly payments but I have been asked to supply 6 months bank statements. Now 4 months ago I did some online gambling and those transactions will be on my statements. Is this a problem???
As long as the bets were modest and any winnings over £500 declared there should be no problem, unless gambling was a factor in you entering the IVA in the first place. If the gambling looks problematic and could jeopardise the IVA going forward it should suffice to take steps to deal with it -- ban yourself from online sites and, maybe, seek help from GA. The IP might also wish to supervise your finances a bit more closely to monitor spending.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
The fact you have maintained payments will hopefully go in your favour, however be prepared to be questioned about reason for turning to gambling and what you are doing to try and stop it going forward.
They may equally say how can you have afforded to do it and maintain your household expenditure at the same time as your i&e would not have provided for much money to socialise if any ....

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
I have said this recently (broken record - sorry) without stating the obvious, you can stake cash if you want to bet. If you win over £500, it will be paid back onto your card - you are then liable to pay every penny into the IVA pot, and the evidence will be there in black and white.
winning over £500 whilst in an IVA on horses/roulette/bingo in cash you then be for your conscience to contact the IP.
Personally, I would steer clear of the dangers of online betting, with less caps and 24/7 availability, its a long way from the smoke-filled high street betting shops that I used to go in, everyone wore cloth caps and bet more moderate, and still lost their rent money!! Those days have gone for good, unfortunately.
