What sort of gambling are you talking about? The odd flutter on the lottery using anything spare from your allowances is fine, any regular gambling may be frowned on and could affect your IVA.

It depends on the whole picture --- Was gambling a reason you got into debt in the first place ? If so, it is a no-no !
What sort of bets are we talking ? A few lottery tickets or a fiver on the Grand National would be no issue. Regular large amounts will make the IP question how you can afford this outgoing and wonder whether it should be going to your creditors instead.
