Hi Guys, sorry to moan but wondered if one of you lovely people, including anyone from freeman jones could help,
I was shocked to be sent an email earlier that stated I owe over £850 in additional fees to my IVA, my last payment was 1st May. I started a new job in June last year and did a new I&E detailing my new wage and my new child care fees, which would offset the increase I had from my new job. The sole reason I informed them before my income review became due again was to prevent this from happening, am I right in thinking that my I&E I did in August last year hasn't been taken into account? The fact that they addressed me by my old married name they know I havent used for 12 months makes me think so.
Any advice or information would be gratefully received! Im so stressed by all this.
Thanks x

We do have a rep from FJ on here and hopefully he will be in touch tomorrow.

Over the years, FJ generally gets good feedback but this is a common theme with them.

Hi Emjc81,

Thank you for the post, and apologies for the delay in responding. I know that our Debt Free team have now been in touch and I hope that we've been able to give you a clear explanation of the additional monies, and the remaining things that need to be done for your IVA to complete successfully. If we can help with anything else, please drop me an email to ian.williams@freemanjones.com. Thank you, Ian
