My intended spouse and I intend to get married within the next year, if the marriage occurs during the term of the IVA and a subsequent annual review will there be any demand by the IVA on my finances be made on the married partner.

Your IVA payment might increase a little as the expenses you now get ( in part) will be then shared by your future partner, freeing up some of your disposable income for the IVA. Do not enter into any joint accounts or have joint finances as you will show up on their credit files as financially associated, which could have an impact on thie credit score --- this will resolve once your record is clear again, in due course.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
