Hi, I am currently going through all my credit commitments and one of my accounts is a small loan that is 7 years old which is still in my old married name. At the point of taking it out I was seperated and have since divorced and remarried but I never changed my name on the account for some reason - I did with everything else. Would this cause a problem when entering an IVA as everything else is in my current name?

Hi and welcome!

That shouldn't be a problem, it happens all the time. :)

Take care,

Just get the creditor concerned to make the necessary amendment to their records.
