Hi guys

Well its had its moments the past few months. With threats of walk in possession and dealing with suppliers as well as financial institutions. Oh and plus picking up a CCJ even tho the people we spoke to on the phone said that wouldn't happen if we returned the forms on time.

But both mine and hubbys IVA's have been accepted.

Apparently not many modifications (apart from IP fees - sorry Melanie) - some standard HMRC mods which I will be looking at today.

It appears we did not get any no votes and our suppliers did not vote at all (strange I think)

So a great big huge thank you to all at the IVA advice Bureau and everyone that has helped us each step of the way.
Especially Tina, Gareth, Tomas and of course Melanie. (Although I am sure there are others that work quietly in the background too)
Thank you all so much.

Now to take the weekend to recollect my thoughts and my motivation and to come back fighting on Tuesday and to turn this business around. What a relief x
When I was younger I did what I knew - now I know better I do better!

Kath x

Great news Kath and well done to Melanie and her team for another success. However, we again have cuts to fees for a professional proposal drafted by a professional firm. The more this happens the less likely are people in your position going to find an IP to act. That would be a shame.

Whilst I agree that excessive fee claims should be cut, the creditors should take into account the amount of work which goes into the initial proposal, acceptance, and the administration for the duration of the IVA.

At least they will get some of their money back!
