Grievance at work implications

If I put in a grievance at work which would ultimately dismiss me from the company, do the same rule apply as if I was made redundant

If you were awarded any compensation I would imagine it being treated similar to redundancy, being, basically, the same thing. But I would have a chat with your IVA provider before taking any action.
