Hi ‘ have a question . I have few loans 5k and 5k both loans with guarantor ( my friends ) if I could use IVA it seems like my guarantors still have to pay for my loans , because they accepted to help me they might get in trouble. I would like to use IVA to make monthly payments less then I have now.

Guarantor loans will have to be paid by the guarantors if you are unable to make the agreed payments, even if you enter an IVA they will still have to pay.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
