Hi there I had an IVA which was completed successfully a number of years ago. As part of the pre employment checks they have asked if you had ever negoitated with your credits. I do not want to disclose my IVA as my credit check has been successfully completed but I do not want to be dishonest either. Has anyone faced a similar issue. Any guidance would be appreciated

You should be honest but of course it is up to you and I doubt they will check up now.

I can only advocate honesty, but, as Kallis says, how you answer is up to you.

Decided to be honest as it's the right thing to do. Thanks for all the replies

I agree, you have to answer the question honestly. In any event, if you don't you are probably likely to feel as though you are looking over your shoulder all the time.
