Hi everybody...

First off...

I would like to say a BIG thanks to Mel and all her team for helping me reach the half way point in my IVA in the next couple of days...I still remember the day Tina called me back to get the ball rolling...

Let me tell you all the 2.5years has flown by!!

By all means its not been easy..with worrying days on the job front.. think I was 1 day away from what was left on my notice from being made redundant - of which I had no doubt would of made my IVA fail..

Not having the money to do all the things the family want to do..the list could just go on..

But hey 1 things for sure when its all over I can now manage my money
better then I could ever dream of...

So here's to the next 2.5years its all down hill from here so to speak...

Keep up the good work on the forum all without finding this place pre IVA who knows where I would be... So thank you all and good luck to everybody xxx

I agree a great post, I'm just over the half way mark and although not easy, it's not been that bad either. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Well Well... What can I say..... Ive only gone and finished my IVA... Amazing feeling.. Just incredible..Even got the certificate to prove heh heh

And to be fair I dont think I would of made it without the help of Mel and her first class team..

My last 18months of the IVA were just horrific, with redundancy and not being paid for 4months whilst the company I worked for was sinking without the understanding and helpfulness of Gill who knows what would of happened..

I can not express my gratitude enough.. Thank you Mel, yourself and your amazing team have all actually changed my whole life/future.. Just incredible.

42p in the £ on 52k I can now say I dont owe 1penny to anybody.. what a feeling...

Hmm, well if you read my recent thread just below this one I found the first half of my IVA relatively 'comfortable', but the last 18 months have been a huge struggle and I've found my IP far more 'demanding' in terms of level of monthly payments etc. than it was in the early days.

Nice to see positivity at reaching the halfway point, after your next payment your more than halfway through :-) 5 years is a long time, all sorts can happen in that time. Think I had a full head of hair when I started my IVA and bald now lol x
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.
