Has anyone actually completed their annual review with creditfix online passport? I know in recent posts there have been objections to doing it online but i just want to know peoples experiences of doing the online review and how did it effect their new monthly payments. Tia.
Personally I would want to do it offline. Never trusted online anything!

The objections to the online process is that they have, albeit limited, access to your bank account and many, quite rightfully, do not like to give a third party such access. Unless you specifically agreed to do it online when you signed up they cannot force you to do it this way.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I just want to know what peoples experiences of the online review is please. I have seen numerous posts about not having to give your details via online banking. Please of anyone has done the online review can you share your experiences for others. Thanks.
I have had two reviews now, both completed online. You categorise your own spends and bills (over the previous 3 months) into sub-categories, so you're basically self-assessing. Once submitted, you'll likely receive an email within a couple of days advising whether there are any changes to your monthly payment. All pretty painless in my experience so far.
I personally would not want to give my details online to anyone.

We did our first review with Creditfix online end of 2019. Went through no problems. Put up our monthly payment £15 as wages had gone up.
It is only supposed to give them limited access to bank statements. No reason to believe they could see anything else. Ours is not a simple case either. It gave us a chance to explain large payments. We added notes about car repairs, childcare, school uniform.
They didn't question the bank of under the mattress cash withdrawals which we said were childcare.
Recently did our second review just sending statements. The money in and out was all over the place. I sent it with a covering note to say that we had lots of changes but we even though we were earning less could afford to pay the same.
I think it was just too much effort to question so they said OK.
Strange lot Creditfix. Happy if they are getting paid. Don't seem to worry to much if the details are correct.
