Has anyone heard of or used superior insolvency solutions? They were recommended to me by nationaldebtadvice.org which are to do with the money advice service. I think superior insolvency solutions could be a agent for aperture debt solutions. I really do not want to be conned. I have heard bad stories like the iva company not paying the money and asking for equity from the house and so on. Where do i stand with an iva company do i have any guarantees that they will pay the money to the creditors and not ask for more money?

The IVA company is bound by the terms in the agreement, which will include dealing with equity from your house and they should explain this, in detail, at the start. Aperture are a genuine firm ... if a bit difficult to deal with and very slow to respond to queries. I would suggest a chat with a few firms before deciding who to go with -- once you are in the IVA you are stuck with that firm !

Agree with Foggy - have a look at a few smaller firms before making a decision.
