Hello everyone new to this.

I have not entered iva yet but have a phone call tomorrow with national debt relief (McCambridge Duffy) has anyone used these before?

I considered a dmp with all my creditors through stepchange but didnt go through with it, so contacted all creditors myself and set up payment plan and all agreed to reduce payments.

What is the likely hood of been accepted onto an iva when i already have reduced payments?

Also would you advise missing payments in the mean time as i really cant afford them? Would this affect the voting and the creditors meeting?

I am only 22 and have debts of £24000 this is my only light at the end of the tunnel or if all else fails bankruptcy!!

Thankyou guys

I would say that you have chosen a very good and reputable company and there are many forum users who are happy with them. A lot opf people cpnvert from DMP to IVA, so there should be no issue there and most of us stopped payments once the decision to go into an IVA had been made (this allows you to put aside a couple of hundred for emergencies). But this is up to you and how you feel about it.
