Hi, Ive just had my IVA agreed via Credit Fix. However I'm still getting threatening letters from my creditors. Credit fix said to expect this for three months? I dont understand. My first payment is due in 2 days and I cant get hold of my fund manager at Credit Fix. Is it normal to still be chased? Im thinking of calling all my creditors to find out what the hell is going on. So stressed as reading such bad reviews.

Don't stress about it. Just forward all the begging letters to CF and forget them :)

We all went through this.

I should have said we didn't even open some of ours, you'll recognise some of the return addresses on the back of the envelope, just sent them off to Payplan.

Your loans will be at different stages with each creditor and it does take time for the IVA to filter through their systems, even more so to get to third party collection agents. It will stop and, in the meantime, they cannot do anything. Make sure that all payment authorities have been cancelled.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I had this for maybe 3 months by my creditors and just ignored them and called Creditfix when it happened. Just ignore them, each creditor is at a different stage of process that your in a Iva now, I wouldn’t worry to much about it.
