Hopefully, by contacting them on Monday and explaining the situation, you can remedy the breach. Please try not to get stressed, although they are not there for you to speak to until Monday, nor are they there to do anything else on your case, so look at it as though time is frozen.

McCD are one of the better firms out there, so should be helpful, as far as they are able, when they know the situation.

I'm also with the same company and currently waiting to hear from them about my first review. My first years anniversary was the 19th Feb, are the reviews normally on time? Wondering if I should contact them just incase any letters to me have gone 'missing' too?

They have two months after the anniversary date to complete reviews, but I would advocate giving them a nudge in case there is some issue.
