Hi, I'm quite new to this and am completely stressing out. I have been in my IVA with creditifx now for a year and have made a full and final settlement to complete it. The funds are coming from my dad. I have felt worse being in the IVA than I did before I started it. I had £10,800 remaining and have offered £10,000. A variation meeting was held last week but I have heard nothing. I live chatted them and they said the meeting was held on Friday, the votes team were chasing some more votes and I will hear by the end of business that day. I've still heard nothing. Is this normal or likely to be bad news?
Thanks in advance
It does sometimes happen and CF are not known for good communication, however they should keep you in the loop to let you know what is happening. Keep pestering them for an answer.

I am afraid that this is normal for CF. Not only the communication issues, but also the repeated 'need' to "chase votes" (In the past, I suspect that this has actually meant "arguing about our fees" ) . However, they usually do come good in the end.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thank you so much for your reply, that's put my mind at ease a bit. It's so stressful waiting for an answer and I just want this to all be over with.
I'll keep you posted on the outcome.
Thank you again
Hi Foggy, thank you so much. It's the not knowing that's driving me crazy but fingers crossed for a good result.
I've been searching forums high and low and I'm so glad I posted on this one.
Thank you again for the advice.
Hi, I've spoken to creditifx this morning via live chat and have now been informed that my variation meeting has been adjourned until tomorrow. They said it's due to needing to chase some creditors up.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow

I am so happy I could cry, I have been notified this morning that my f&f was accepted at the adjourned variation meeting.
Thank you all for the advice and support.
