first of all. hello to everyone. started on an iva 2 months ago and everything is going ok. my house is worth roughly 100,000. i owe 62,000. i got my iva as i started with a debt of 41,000( just to clarify i had a terrible ex for some time who didnt work but liked to buy things we couldnt afford) so on application selling my house wouldnt cover the debt.
my iva stands at 21,000 and some change. My question is this. Is there a company out there that will remortgage my house plus the 21,000 to clear my iva if approved at a panel. this would mean i would still have at least 15% equity in my house, my iva would be cleared and i would be debt free. Is this possible or?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Highly unlikely that you will get anyone to do a remortgage.

Absolutely impossible given your current financial status.
