Hi were are into early months of our IVA with payplan. Not been an easy road but payments are up to date. Or so I thought. Just signed into justabank which has informed me our account is in arrears of 1 month. The paymnent left our bank on the 28th. Can it just be the crossover with being bank holiday or should we be worried? Payplan closed till Tuesday .

Probably just a bank holiday issue. Check again on tuesday and if its not sorted phone payplan who will help you out.

Don't worry. Mine always says this as well. My payments go out on the first, but aren't credited until a few days later and it always says it is in arrears.

Check next week and it will be fine.

I don't have this online thing to check with the debt people but if the monies left my account i class it as paid. It will get there soon enough i am sure after the banks had it for a day then the bank your IP uses has it for a day then it finally gets to where you have paid it. In this day and age it could be instantaneous but they like holding onto money the banks do

It's just one of those things with Payplan. I did worry myself the first time I saw it, but knew the money had gone from my account.

Happens every month and after a few days the arrears marker disappears.
