As this is a hot topic, with quite a few enquiries on the forum in recent months, I thought I would mention here, for those looking at Government aided "Help To Buy" mortgages after finishing their IVA's, that Ryan from Zebra can now assist.

They now have, I am told, exclusive access to a lender who can assist those with an IVA in their past with financing the purchase of their new home under the Help To Buy Scheme.

They can also, now, assist buyers in Scotland who have had a Trust Deed.

Ryans details can be found via his profile here: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=18488
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
